Curtis Luckett III: Mr. Luckett had honorably served in the U.S. Army from 1994 to 2002 as a staff sergeant in the Nuclear Command Control Division Emergency Actions Cell under the former U.S. European Command Headquarters CINC (Ret) GEN Wesley Clark. After his military service, he completed a degree in business administration from Benedictine College in Kansas.
